Minimum Order:	- Minimum Initial Order $250.00 - No minimun for reorders, however a service charge of $5.00 will apply for orders of $75.00 or less. - NO C.O.D.
Payment:	- First Order - Credit Card only, unless you already have an account with us. - If open account is requested, submit three active trade references with complete address, account number, telephone, fax, and email address.
Returns:	- All Returns must be authorized by Coppola Import, goods must be checked upon receipt for defects or damages. In case of damage claim must be filed within 5 days from receipt of merchandise. - UPS pick up for defective or incorrect merchandise will be provided by C. I. - A restocking fee of 15% will be asessed for all items returned for reasons other than defect.
